Leader of the Marist Association of St Marcellin Champagnat, Br Darren Burge, writes a Champagnat Day Message to all Members and all Marist friends, saying, “Today we observe Champagnat Day, marking the anniversary of the day that Marcellin Champagnat entered eternal life. More than two centuries later, Marcellin’s dream of forming ‘good Christians and good citizens has taken on a renewed urgency.’

Staff at Australian Marist Solidarity were excited to host the first Virtual Program Visit for 2026, featuring presentations from the Anti-Trafficking Sewing Project in Myanmar, and a team of academic researchers from Australian Catholic University.
