The Marist Minute, a monthly publication, offers a short reflection on life, faith and being Marist. These reflections invite the Spirit into our lives as we praise and listen to God in the minutes of our Marist journey, recognising and inviting God into our everyday moments.

Often, we encounter people that challenge us, frustrate us, or just seem to ‘make things difficult’. But in these moments, it helps to remember that Jesus is present in that person. As Marists, we are called to see with the eyes of faith and to respond with the heart of Mary. Every person we encounter carries a dignity given by God, and every interaction becomes an opportunity to show kindness, patience, understanding and compassion.
